Coastal Valley Camp and Crafts

This site is perfect if you want to combine camping with crafts. Through the school holidays, the site runs affordable workshops and activities involving recycling and traditional crafts. This family-friendly site is located in a beautiful landscaped valley in Newquay, one of Cornwall’s sought after holiday destinations. There are benches and picnic tables dotted around the campsite, so you can relax to the sounds of the babbling brook. There are three beaches within walking distance of the site. Facilities include male and female toilets and showers, disabled bathroom, communal kitchen with hot water, gas hobs and white goods.

Carvynick Holiday Park

Carvynick Holiday Park is located in tranquil surroundings with views across the beautiful countryside of the South West. Just six miles from Newquay and its beaches, it’s the perfect base for family camping. The cathedral city of Truro is within 15 minutes, and the famous Eden Project is only 25 minutes away. Facilities include two shower blocks with individual showers with wash basins, toilets and towel rails. One of the shower blocks has a washing up area, fridges and freezers and charging point. There’s also a laundry room, wifi and onsite bar and restaurant. You’ll also find some shops nearby in Summercourt.

Cherry Masons Fruit Farm

Cherry Masons Fruit Farm is a spacious campsite set amongst cherry and olive trees. The site. It’s a peaceful, relaxing site yet a 10 minute drive takes you to the excitement of Flambards Theme Park or the beach at Porthleven and Praa Sands. Facilities include a child safe toilet and shower block, a disabled bathroom and free fire pits. There is also a pub and village shop right next to the site. 

Penwarne Farm Touring and Campsite

Penwarne Farm is nestled amongst picturesque Cornish countryside near the Helford Peninsula. It’s a quiet, peaceful site with sprinkles of landscaped woodland and a footpath leading down to Maenporth Beach. Facilities include showers and toilets, children’s adventure playground and a little farm cafe selling breakfast, lunch, snacks and woodfired pizzas.

Trewan Hall

This family-run campsite is set amongst the woodlands and gardens on a beautiful estate of an old Cornish manor house. It’s just four miles from some fantastic beaches, and offers a spacious, family-friendly space to relax and have fun. Facilities include modern shower and toilet facilities with baths, hairdryers, hand dryers and ironing rooms. There’s also a fully stocked shop with all the camping essentials. You’ll find a library with free wifi, heated pool and an indoor games area. During high season, catering vans often visit the site with a wide selection of food.

Court Farm Campsite

Situated near St Austell, Court Farm Campsite has wonderful views over the surrounding countryside. The site is quiet and peaceful yet in a fantastic location to visit nearby attractions, including historic towns, seaside villages and wonderful beaches. Set within four acres, there is plenty of space for kids to play and run around in. Facilities include free hot showers, toilets, disabled bathroom, dishwashing area, laundry room, parent and baby washroom and wifi.

Higher Penderleath Caravan and Camping Park

Set in a beautiful and tranquil location just south of St Ives, Higher Penderleath offers fantastic views towards the coast. Set in 10 acres of landscaped parkland in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The park offers a wide range of facilities, including toilet blocks with free showers, laundrette, dishwashing area, TV and games room, family room, licenced bar, beer garden and a small shop for gas and other basic needs.

Parknoweth Farm Camping

Parknoweth Farm Camping is a small site in Botallack near Land’s End, surrounded by beautiful scenery. Only 10 minutes from the nearest beach and 15 minutes from Sennen Cove, it’s in a great spot for the South West Coast Path. The site is a working farm, and there are plenty of animals for the little ones to meet. The campsite has warm shower cubicles and toilets, a baby changing area and washing up area, fire pits and mini BBQs. A two minute walk away is a pub which serves food, and the village of St Just is around a mile away with a selection of shops and cafes.

Tregarton Park

Only two miles from the pretty harbour of Gorran Haven and three miles southwest of Mevagissey, this family-friendly park is a peaceful campsite which is only 10 minutes from the beach. It’s a safe and secluded site, perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Facilities include a toilet and shower block, disabled bathroom, laundry room, dishwashing area, heated outdoor swimming pool, tennis court, children’s play area and adventure playground. There is also a shop where you’ll find all the essentials, a takeaway service and a pub just a mile up the road.

Mount Pleasant Eco Park

The Mount Pleasant Eco Park has a variety of indoor and outdoor spaces for events like weddings, gigs, workshops and conferences. It also includes a beautiful campsite. Located near Porthtowan, the 42 acre eco-friendly site offers stunning views down to the beach and over to St Agnes Beacon. Facilities include gas and solar powered showers, toilet and shower block, washing up area, a social space with a fire pit and cob pizza oven, and a cafe serving breakfast and lunch. There are also plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby.
