Shropshire is one of the most peaceful and least crowded counties in England. It’s steeped in history, which can be seen from the remains of hillforts and castles, as well as two historical UNESCO World Heritage Sites dating back from the Industrial Revolution. It’s a fantastic place to explore nature, with the Shropshire Hills AONB, Carding Mill Valley and Mortimer Forest.
