FREE Fireworks at Southend on Sea

Wrap up warm, round up your friends and family and head on down to the seafront every Saturday night throughout the autumn to enjoy the fabulous FREE displays, brought to you by the Southend Seaside Partnership and Southend BID.
The fireworks are set off from a barge out in the Estuary, east of Southend Pier, meaning you can get a fantastic, uninterrupted view of the displays anywhere from Sea-Life Adventure to Genting Casino.

Now running for its 50th year! This year’s display will be held on Saturday 8th November 2025. Attracting people from across the county, it is an event for the whole family! With fireworks, live entertainment, fairground rides, as well as fantastic food and drink!
Chelmsford Round Table Fireworks is also the only Fireworks display operating in the City of Chelmsford. All the money raised goes back into the local community through grants and donations. The event is organised and run by us, Chelmsford Round Table 132 (a volunteer organisation) in order to help support our community.
