Visit the Beach

Weymouth is perhaps best known for its incredible coast. A beautiful beachfront where anybody can go to relax, why not dig for seashells, or build a sandcastle to rival Nothe Fort? Enjoy some fresh fish and chips as you bask in the afternoon sun, or take your dog for on a nice walk along the shoreline.

The Abbotsbury Swannery provides a rare opportunity to walk amongst an entire colony of nesting Mute Swans.

Abbotsbury Swannery is the only place in the world where you can observe swans in such a capacity, and it is spread over 25 acres, so you will want to dedicate the whole day to explore.

Weymouth Harbour
