Meet rescued horses, ponies, donkeys and mules nose-to-nose at Redwings Ada Cole, a Visit England Quality Assured Visitor Attraction.

Among the gorgeous rescued residents you can enjoy cuddles with is cute little donkey Dotty who was rescued after being found neglected with overgrown and painful hooves. Handsome Gelderlander Zippy and tiny Miniature Shetland pony Tucker can’t wait to meet you either!

Cafe & Gift Shop

After a relaxing stroll, you can put your feet up with a warm cuppa in Dolly’s Café. There’s also an on-site gift shop offering a wide range of souvenirs, with all proceeds supporting the hundreds of animals in Redwings’ care.

Visiting

Redwings Ada Cole is open the last Saturday and Sunday of each month, with entry from 10:30am and last admission at 2pm.

The site will also be open on Mondays and Fridays from Monday 29th May to Friday 29th September 2023.

Entry and parking are free, but donations of all sizes can really support the charity’s work and we’re so grateful for anything you’re able to give. Dogs on leads are welcome.

Having met the centre’s lovable residents, you might like to sponsor one of the charity’s adorable Adoption Stars. Available from just £15 per year, you can adopt for yourself or as a thoughtful gift for a friend or loved one.

Redwings Ada Cole is home to four Adoption Stars including Elvis, one of a gorgeous group of ponies rescued from South Wales after their elderly owner was struggling to care for them. When Elvis arrived at the Sanctuary he was thin and poorly, but now he is a handsome friendly boy with a rock ‘n’ roll quiff!
