Leave Morton Hall Gardens and aim for the Needle Hill Forge Museum and Bordesley Abbey ruins on your journey to The Transport Museum, Wythall. Enjoy the peace of Lickey Hills Country Park and Waseley Country Park before visiting the historic buildings at Avoncroft. Pass through Droitwich Spa to finish up at Hanbury Hall and Gardens.

Over 500 acres make up Lickey Hills Country Park. Relax and enjoy the open spaces, get some fresh air and take a walk – may be the sculpture or geology trail, cycle or horse ride – you may see some of the local wildlife. It’s worth climbing Beacon Hill – on a clear day you can see landmarks in numerous surrounding counties.

A museum with a difference, Avoncroft is a 19 acre site that is home to a string of historic buildings. From telephone boxes, dovecotes and mission churches to toll houses, cottages and chimneys you can walk around the collection of buildings that have been relocated to this site.
