Tour & Tasting
Take a look behind the scenes at our recently established craft distillery situated within well established fruit orchards with potential to provide the finest low carbon ingredients.
Follow the journey of our ingredients to learn how we extract and harness the extraordinary quality of the best British ingredients to produce our range of hand-crafted spirits.
An opportunity to taste the range of spirits allows you to appreciate how the distiller’s craft extracts flavours and aromas to intrigue the palette and titillate the taste buds to provide a truly pleasurable experience.
- DURATION: approximately 40-60 minutes
- TIMES: Monday to Thursday (Excluding Bank Holidays): 2:00 PM | Friday & Saturday: Noon
- GROUP SIZE: maximum 12 people (can be made-up of several individuals and small groups)

- Tasting: sample our range of spirits
- The bar and shop will be open for refreshments and as an opportunity to purchase our range of spirits

Gin Laboratory
Six miniature copper stills provide an enjoyable and sociable opportunity to distil a bespoke 700ml bottle of “one-shot” London Dry Gin produced with your own selection of fine ingredients.
Either individually or with a partner, you will be guided through the process by one of our distillery team who will provide tips on how to blend the ingredients to tailor a gin in your preferred style and help you to gain an in-depth appreciation of the craft and love needed to achieve this.
Whilst your gin is distilling you will also have an opportunity to take a behind the scenes look at our operations and to taste and sample our range of spirits.
- DURATION: approximately 2 ½ hours (linger in the bar as you will)
- TIME: Fridays & Saturdays (Excluding Bank Holidays): 2:00pm
- GROUP SIZE: 6 miniature stills each booked separately for either one or two individuals.
- PROGRAM:
- Welcome and safety briefing (drink and snacks available to purchase)
- Under guidance from one of our distillery team start to distill your own gin: select your own choice of botanicals provided, charge the still and initiate distillation which will take approximately 1 ½ hours to complete
- MEANWHILE
- Behind the scenes guided tour of our Craft Distillery
- Tasting: sample our range of spirits
- Make your own label for your bespoke gin
- THEN:
- Bottle and Label your Gin either as one x 700ml or two x 350ml bottles
- The bar and shop will be open for refreshments and as an opportunity to purchase our range of spirits
- PRICES: To produce one x 700ml bottle of gin or two x 350ml bottles:
- One Still, One Adult: £95
- One Still, Two Adults: £120

Personalised Distillery Experience
In the depths of the Suffolk countryside, we will host your personalised private function for 8 or more people with any combination of guided walking through Dedham Vale, Behind the Scenes Tour of the distillery, Gin Laboratory Experience and Tasting accompanied by your choice of hors d’oeuvres and dining prepared, where possible, from the finest locally sourced ingredients.
We will tailor these experiences to meet your specific needs and look forward to talking to-you.
DURATION: at your discretion 2-4 hours (linger in the bar as you will)
TIMES:
By appointment, advance booking required: Lunchtime from 12:00 or Evening from 5:00pm. Other times by agreement – please call to discuss your individual requirements.
GROUP SIZE: Minimum 8 people, Maximum 24 people
