Red Hatting is about Fun, Friendship, Freedom, Fulfillment and Fitness.
Ladies admitting to 50 and over please wear purple from the shoulder down plus a red hat.Under 50’s Pinkies or Ladies in Waiting please wear lilac with pink hats. We ALWAYS wear the colours.
We meet regularly at 2.30pm on 2nd Thursday of the month at Wyevale as well as other exciting events throughout the year.

Splat Quack GO – The Black Ditch
Popular Park, Hollesley, Woodbridge, IP123NA
The Quacking Fun Mud Run. Expect to get mucky and down-right dirty. The obstacles will make you crawl, jump, climb and splat, you may even quack! With pond dips, boggy ditch’s, you’ll be sure to stink. You can run, walk, waddle, or be dragged to the finish line, but we really don’t want to know where you stick your rubber duck. Home to the infamous ‘Black Ditch’, boggy swampy streams, where you will be caked in mud. As well as the testing natural terrain, there will be plenty of man-made obstacles, you will be jumping, crawling, pulling and climbing up and over obstacles. 6km or 12km (two laps), choose on the day.

All runners will receive a goody bag on completion which includes a drink, snack and a T-Shirt. You’ll also receive a solid metal medal.

Splat Quack GO – Family Fun Mud Run
Popular Park, Hollesley, Woodbridge, IP123NA
Family Fun! This special event is for all the family. Suitable for ages 6+, your whole family can take part in this Mud Run which is 3km long, with obstacles designed to be achievable for all. You will get very muddy, in shallow swamps and muddy streams, your family will be jumping, crawling and climbing up obstacles and either walking or running, your choice! On the day fun activitie such as tug-of-war, bouncy castle, wellington boot throwing, disco and much more.

Everyone in the family will receive a fantastic solid metal medal.
