College Farm, Hintlesham

College Farm, Hintlesham, is a 15th Century Grade 2 Listed Farmhouse that is rich is history – it was built around 1470, and was owned by Cardinal Thomas Wolsey during the reign of King Henry VIII. Now a B&B; accommodation, the building retains plenty of its old world character and charm. Located on an arable farm west of Ipswich, guests are invited to stay in the farmhouse or the adjacent converted stables. All rooms are luxurious, and come complete with special extras such as fresh flowers, sweets & chocolates, toiletries, sewing kit and magazines.

Mollett’s Farm

Molletts Farm offer both self catering facilities in their brand new studio and cottage apartments, as well as a Caravan Club Certified Location for up to 5 caravans. So take your pick! Located close the the Suffolk Coast just off the A12 near Saxmundham, this is a small working farm dating back to the 17C. You’ll find plenty to see in the area, and Molletts is dog friendly too, so whether you decide to bring your caravan or check into their new self catering facilities, mutley can come too!

Thatched Farm Bed & Breakfast and Holiday Cottages

At Thatched Farm, Woodbridge, you will find open countryside, woodland and footpaths surrounding both the B&B; and self-catering cottage accommodation options available. Cosy Camping in Bucklesham is a small independent family run campsite situated on a working arable farm. Or for a bit of luxury try out one of their fantastic camping pods, complete with ensuite bathrooms! There is also fishing, a great pub nearby and lots to do in the local area. Shottisham Campsite

Shottisham Campsite near Woodbridge offers 45 spacious pitches and a beautiful, family friendly setting. The campsite is part of a working smallholding with rare breed sheep, pigs, alpacas, ducks, chickens and turkeys. Children (and adults!) are welcome to go along every evening when the animals are fed and eggs collected. There site also has shower blocks, dishwashing areas, a sceptic emptying point, waste and recycling bins and a fridge-freezer. Campfires are allowed (in firepits – which you can hire). Dogs on secure leads are welcome and there is a well stocked shop selling sausages, bacon and eggs from the campsites very own free-range heritage pigs and poultry, as well as home-made preserves from their vegetables and fruit. There is a lovely village pub and play area within walking distance and you are a just a few miles away from the coast.

Haw Wood Farm

Haw Wood Farm Caravan and Camping Park, Southwold – a rural, family-orientated campsite with spacious pitches that allow you to stretch out & relax, and based just a stone’s throw from RSPB Minsmere and a ‘pay and play’ golf course. Fantastic play area on site, complete with zip line that the kids adore. Award winning toilet and shower block and a well stocked shop and cafe open during the summer.

Clockhouse Farm
