SHVPS Classic Car Show and Autojumble
Queen Elizabeth Country Park, Horndean, Petersfield. PO8 0QE

This is a family day out with something to interest everyone. Over 200 cars, commercials, motorcycles, and military vehicles of all shapes, sizes and makes dating from the early 1900s to 1994 on display. Full refreshments and varied catering facilities, licensed bar, live band, and free family entertainment, toilets, and first aid facilities. Over 190 autojumble stalls selling vehicle parts and accessories of all ages, as well as some general stalls and garden plants etc.

75 D-Day at Daedalus
Solent Airport, Daedalus, Lee-on-the-Solent
Open: Saturday 10am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 4pm
HMS Daedalus was the busiest allied airfield in the UK on D-Day with more than 400 missions flown over Normandy so it will be a very special place from which to commemorate this important event.
Aircraft will be a key feature with both static and flying aircraft to enjoy. Visitors can look forward to children’s activities, fun fair rides, stage and arena performances, food stalls, gift and community stalls, vintage cars and more! A commemorative plaque to mark this significant occasion will be unveiled and displayed throughout the weekend.
We are very excited to announce some high-flying headline acts for the weekend including The Great War Display Team, the Round Canopy Display Team and The World’s only wing walker display team, the AeroSuperBatics!

HMS Sultan Summer Show

Gates will open for an action-packed weekend of fantastic fun for all at the HMS Sultan Summer Show 2019.
Bolddog Lings Freestyle Motorcross Display Team will be wowing the crowds across the Father’s Day weekend with their amazing mid-air stunts.
The Show will feature a Main Arena packed with live entertainment, a large-scale Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) area where the subjects come to life, a Steam Fayre and a kid’s zone crammed full of free activities.
The event also plans to offer a food fayre offering a wide variety of fresh and interesting produce and a road of ‘street food’ with flavours from around the world.

The Nostalgia Show

Beggars Fair
Romsey Town

The 27th Beggars Fair takes place on Saturday 13th July, expect to see, hear and enjoy over 90 acts spread over 20+ venues and all for free at Romsey’s annual Summer Music Festival.
Throughout the streets and in venues all around the town, the best of local musicians bring you an eclectic mix of folk, jazz, blues, soul, rock, bluegrass, classical and world music. Together with colourful dance displays and children’s entertainment there is plenty of entertainment on offer.

Chawton House Summer Fayre

On Sunday 14th July Chawton House will be hosting the inaugural Summer Fayre: celebrating Jane Austen and the village of Chawton. There’ll be talks, workshops, displays and plenty of Regency entertainment in the house and grounds, with a large marquee in the Chawton House gardens.
Come along and try your hand at lace tatting or calligraphy, browse the beautiful stalls with handmade arts and crafts or take part in traditional games.

The aim of the event is to transport visitors back to a time when traditional village fetes were the highlight of the social calendar.
The entire centre will be host to craft stalls, side show games, Ice cream, and popcorn vendors, face painting, magician and a WI run tearoom. There will be something to suit all age groups at the fete and it promises to be a fun day for all.

The Dummer Fair

Held at the Dummer Cricket Centre and featuring over 90 stalls, the Fair attracts over 1,000 visitors and is not to be missed.
