The way we prepare and consume our food is most important, but with all the rush, and made to be easy pre maid or fast food, we end up eating un unhealthy, and imbalanced diet.
Causing problems like poor nutrition, obesity, and worse causing an imbalance in all our body cells that ultimately will impact health disorders, like cancer, diabetes, and overall mental disfunction.
The famous phrase: “when you don’t eat you feel like a diva.”, makes all sense if you remember that when you are hungry we don’t think straight, or feel ourselves.
