- Prize is for a 3 night mid-week or weekend stay at Boatmans Riverside Holiday Cottage.
- Day passes are for two people for entry to either RSPB Minsmere or entry to Ufford Park Leisure or Gift Card to spend in shop for RSPB members.
- Prize to be used before Friday 29th March 2024.
- Prize cannot be taken within the Christmas two weeks (Friday 22nd Dec – Friday 5th Jan 2024), or Feb half-term (Friday 16th – Friday 23rd February 2024).
- All competitions and giveaways are not available to employees or contractors of The Tourist Trail Limited and R3: Financial Services Group Limited, or members of their immediate families.

- Entry is restricted to 1 entry per person per competition (via The Tourist Trail Website)
- The prize draw for the giveaway will be held on the week starting 1st January 2024, with every valid entry having an equal chance of being selected at random
- No cash alternative to the prize will be offered
- It is the responsibility of the prize provider to honour the prize
- The Tourist Trail is not liable for the prize not being honoured by the prize provider for any reason and will not offer any compensation for failure of the prize being honoured
- If the prize is declined or the winner cannot be contacted, the promoter reserves the right to select another winner from the eligible entrants
