The Smoke House Kitchen

All of our products are smoked in our own smokehouse using traditional methods of curing and smoking with a combination of oak and mesquite wood to produce finely balanced smoky flavour that enhances rather than overpowers the natural flavour of the high quality meat, fish and chicken etc.

Each item is vacuum packed for freshness within an hour of smoking to catch every last drop of flavour and ensure maximum product life in your fridge and we use the minimum possible amount of packaging!
