Betsey Trotwood

Betsey Trotwood, originally a stable, has been converted into a self catering holiday home with a cosy, comfortable, and homely feel.

The building also has an interesting history, having been visited by Charles Dickens, and used in his book, David Copperfield.

Equipped with a mixture of modern and period features, this holiday home has everything you need for a luxurious self catering break, including a claw foot bathtub, underfloor heating, a traditional aga, and a private courtyard. Guests are also welcome to make themselves at home by making use of the owners’ gym next door.
