Our ethos at the Black Lion Hotel is to make the most of the wonderful local larder on our doorstep.
Sustainable produce is a priority and we work hand-in-hand with our suppliers to bring high quality, fresh, local ingredients to the table.
We are especially passionate about our seafood and are lucky to have exceptional seafood that could not be more local.
We work with local suppliers and farmers who rear field to fork, free range pork, beef, lamb and chicken, and also grow vegetables and fruits.
