The Only Way is Spirits | Hertfordshire

Our Distillery & Gin School are nestled in the heart of the countryside in a converted barn, just outside Sawbridgeworth. It is THE place for gin lovers in 2024!

Join us on a 3 hour Gin School experience, take charge of a beautiful copper pot mini still, and learn how to distil your unique recipe gin.

All with a G&T in hand, in a relaxed and fun environment. Your knowledgeable hosts will give you a tour of the distillery and guide you through the distillation process.

You’ll leave the Gin School with your unique gin that you’ve bottled, labelled and named! Re-orders of your gin are available for special occasions.
